Description

The Pink matcha is derived from Pitahaya or Dragon fruit. It has a rich purple color and is widely used as a natural coloring agent in cooking. The taste of pitahaya can be compared to a combination of kiwi, strawberry and watermelon.

Brewing Instructions

In a warm Chawan (Bowl) or cup, place 1.5 grams of matcha. Pour 20 ml from the water and begin whisking with your Chasen (bamboo Whisk) vigorously in an up and down movement. Once it forms a paste, add the remaining water and follow the same procedure until the matcha is fully dissolved and have a foamy surface. Enjoy.
